Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
These are 2 morphs that I think look absolutely amazing, but they contain the Spider Gene. Do they wobble as well? Because I'm not too keen on having a snake with that wobble. . Not discriminating against anyone who thinks that it's "cute" but it's just not for me. And yes I have seen the threads with people saying the videos online are rare extreme cases, or that 99 percent don't wobble, or they only do it at feeding time, but that's enough for me to shy away. but to me, I just don't wanna take the chance. Of course I would care for one if I had to, and take care of it just the same, but, it just makes me feel bad to see them with that condition.

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
Bumble bee still has the chance because it contains spider. Killer clown will not because I believe it is a clown x super pastel

Not sure if you are the same person from that other thread but as was previously mentioned there is no spider in a killer clown.
Yes, all spiders will wobble to some degree. As far as I know there are no mutations that will save this deleterious effect

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
Awesome. Thanks. That makes me happy to hear about the killer Clown, because I really like that morph pattern. I don't know where I read that said it contained Spider genes?

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
It seems to be a popular misunderstanding. I've seen it a few times the last couple weeks

Well, there is such a thing as a killer bee clown. The killer prefix is used to signify super pastel in a few morphs. A killer clown has no spider, a killer bee has spider, a killer bee clown has spider. You want to watch out for that bee term as it will always (I think) signify spider is in the combo

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
Yes that's probably me. I tried to post on that thread a few days ago, but I live in the country with horrible service. I'm in town, but that thread had so many responses, I started this one, to get answers quicker. That makes me happy to hear about the clown, because I think that pattern is beautiful

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
Awesome. It may have been the"killer bee clown" that I read on.. since you seem very knowledgeable, can you explain the Enchi morph to me? Is that just a fancy name for pastel? I don't mean sound like an idiot. Lol

Nope, enchi is completely separate from pastel. In fact, I have an animal with both the pastel and enchi genes. He's a enchi orange dream pastel yellowbelly (which is a mouthful I know lol) Enchi basically brings out some orange in the animal and reduces the pattern https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...720f273fe8.jpg

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
That is a cool looking BP. I love the lightness all over. Is it true that Enchi has no black. Just brown to dark browns? My Enchi does not have any black on her, except on her face and the light black spots on her belly

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
That I can't answer. I only have a few animals and the above is my only enchi. This is his first season breeding so I can't even go off his babies. Hopefully someone who's worked more with it can answer that

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
Thanks. Just added a cool pic that really shows off my Enchi's orange under a camera flash

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
Enchis are more well known for their incredible golden colors that get better with age, but they can and will have black in their palette.
Here is one of my Enchi Pastel het Clown girls straight out of the egg:

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
Here's a thread from a few years back that has some awesome Enchi pictures: https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...2430-Enchi-Q-s.

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
One thing I really enjoyed with Monty was watching his darker colours as a hatchling fade quite a bit. You can really see the difference in Eric's animal.

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
Wow, I'm at a loss for words. Thank you so much for the hatchling pic and the more recent pic.. that is just, .... Awesome! Beautiful animal. Wow again:D yes, I noticed how my Snake's color have faded, but she's still a beaut! I've been told I didn't have an Enchi because of her spots, and that they weren't supposed to have spots, I tried to point out the reduced pattern and no "alien heads".. but the guy I guess was just being a jerk, or a hater. Lol

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
And I named mine Monét. I guess it's a feminine version of Monty. I'm noticing that's a pretty common name for BPs. I couldn't come up with anything else .. im horrible with trying to name things, but I'm good with words. . Lol . Musician. . . Imagine that.

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
I just checked your link, i'm guess I have a lower end of the morph? I did get her at Petsmart. Lol. I wouldn't trade my snake for anything, but I'm wishing that I would have observed the patterns more in the 3 I had to choose from. I was a true noob at that point and my girlfriend, is the one that picked it out. The girl told us she was the most aggressive out of the 3 baby Enchis,, but my girlfriend(at the time) got her because she was the biggest. I guess that was a good thing, possibly she was the best eater, because I tell you what, my snake will eat anything that's furry with 4 legs and that she can swallow. Lol. Only 2 refused offerings, and they were f/t when I truly didn't know what I was doing

Re: Bumblebee and Killer Clown?
anything with a spider gene has the chance. Doesn't matter what else you mix in.
