Seriously though, I'm curious how people feel about this.

    It's not a picture. It's a link to a YouTube video. ;)

EDIT: If the link in the OP does not work for you, hopefully this will:

    Thanks for posting that.

    Definitely some awesome snakes there.

Looks like we're looking at the next generation Brian B. I think this kid will do well unless/until he gets a case of the fumes; perfume and gasoline fumes (girls and cars).

imo he might have rushed into things; "well i realized i could make money" was his main answer to brian's questions.

regardless: amazing collection, and i hope he does well. i am also just jealous.

All I wonder is how much money that kids parents have

Yeah, I'm worried about the welfare of the animals if he ever "grows out of it". Maybe that won't be a problem and he'll end up up there with some of the greats. Either way he has an awesome collection.

    WElp LOL

It kinda looks like just another "impulse buy and dreams of making tons of money"... that we see a lot, if you know what I mean. Just done by someone really rich.

The video shouldn't have emphasized the money. I'm not in that ballpark, but money IS relative. The snakes look good, the place is clean, and looks organized. Maybe the kid sweeps his own floors, maybe he hires it out.

Sales requires people skills. This young man seems a little shy.

    I wish him well.

Money can buy all sorts of things. Only time will tell how this story shapes up. I hope his only focus isn't just about the money. I just wish I had his rack system. He seems like a good kid. We need more kids who are into reptiles, then our hobby will last long into the future.

I'm studying to be a doctor and I plan on using that money to open a reptile shop. I wouldn't care about turning a profit, I just want to own a lot of snakes and maybe discover some cool new morphs for fun. :)

What's the deal with his racks? He spent a million bucks and then had some guy in a shop weld together a bunch of racks? Why not go with ARS racks? Looks like the metal is bare with no finish at all. Not sure where he got those tubs either, hope he can get replacement tubs 20 years down the road.

It's funny he bought a million bucks worth of snakes with big dreams but never hatched one out yet LOL. I wonder where he got the money, maybe investors? Once he starts producing all those clowns the price of clowns is gonna drop like a rock LOL. I was wanting to see his retics to see how big they are and if he has a mean one HE HE HE. My SD retic almost bit the crap out of me yesterday LOL. I'll have to admit some of those clowns were absolutely stellar.

Hmm... Maybe I should wait a few more years before I make my clown purchase... It might just be better for me to wait until the price plummets in the states and then import some stuff XD jk

I seriously doubt he's going to crash the market for clowns. All by himself.

    Shots fired! :O

Anyways, I am pretty skeptical of a kid doing any kid of business with animals, but it's really difficult to see his practice from a little blurb showing his cute snakes and shy disposition. Maybe he is super mature and will totally stick to it. Maybe he has hired help. Who knows.

I think it's pretty cool when any kid is an entrepreneur but I do think it's hard to be taken seriously by adults when you are so young. I wish him all the luck and I hope that my generalizational thoughts about noncommittal children are totally biased and incorrect.

As an adult, I would be nervous to go on a show that popular. His animals and equipment seem very high quality, so until he shows differently I wouldn't make assumptions. I wish him the best and am excited to see what he produces.

Kids can be the most motivated. They still have the passion that hasn't been crushed and still chase those dreams.

I'd assume his parents probably have a vested interest in his business. I just hope they love the animals as well, If that is the case they can always take over or hire people to work the collection if he ever loses interest. I'm really glad Brian did this video though, it's not everyday you get to see sunset combos.
