    Suriname
A month or so ago I started looking for a bc. I finally picked one out today:) A beautiful little female that I'm super excited about seeing in person come spring! She is from the same guy (Brian Boas) that I got my tarahumara pair.

    This is her!

Nice looking suri. Brian Boas was another of the guys I talked to about possibly having some neonate Pucallpa Peruvians later this year if his females takes.

Fantastic looking boa. When I used to breed them I had several Surinames in my mix. I love them.

He really does have amazing locality boas! I'm thinking about getting a few other localities and will probably buy from him again if I do.

I love the father. There is a baby out of the litter that is looking a lot like him. Curious to see how my girl grows up over the years. Don't think she will look exactly like dad but still a looker for sure:)

I usually don't like a speckled/dirty boa but it's working for her! I think it's because she has a really light/bright background color.

Haha same here. When I get my Pucallpa Peruvian, I'm going to specifically talk to Vin Russo or Joel Diaz to find one that is really clean with that yellow/golden background. I'm sure its going to cost me my arm though as Vin's are starting at $1000 and I'm assuming that's for a 'dirty' one.

And I also talked to Brian Boas but no prices were discussed so we'll have to see what he has when the time comes.

Going to a rough wait though as I've been seeing some CRAZY suri's. But to sway me, it would have be super clean, deep red and long tail. But for the price of my Pucallpa, I could probably pick up a male and female suri :D

Beautiful boa and beautiful locale. Potentially one of the largest boas out there. A full adult Suri is something to marvel at. I love the speckles on that animal.

    Well done!

Sauzo she was expensive definitely couldn't get two of her for a grand...though I would go for that no problem:D I've been eyeing the amarali or longicauda for next year...at first I didn't like either one but they are growing on me the more I see them!

Thanks Gio:) I'm going to enjoy watching them grow!

Haha I hear ya about the prices. The nice ones aren't cheap. I got a 100% pure Rio Bravo Pokigron Suriname female from Christopher Wolf. I got a pretty good deal on her. Guess a guy I talked to on FB said he talked to Chris as he is known for his Rio Bravo Pokis and his next litter is going to be $1000 each. But imo worth it if you want a pure bloodline, and from Gus Rentfro!! Nice looking little male btw.

I've been thinking about my next snake as it just never ends haha and I'm debating on either a female sharp snow to go with my male salmon DH sharp snowglow or find an unrelated pure blood Rio Bravo Poki male to maybe make Rio Bravo Pokis in the future :)

Have you seen the sharp albino jungle motley that Diem has available...if I hadn't gotten these two he would be mine. Crazy animal!

I like your girl too! I liked the interesting saddles this male has going on. I'm still thinking the longicauda for the next one unless some leopard gene boa pops up that I just have to add to the BCI group. Are you not getting a Peruvian now:O

I don't know. Doubt it though. Right now I cant get anything else lol. And no I haven't seen that snake Diem Marie has. If I get another snake, I want one so if I decide to breed later, I can. And with a sharp snow female or pure Rio Bravo Pokigron male, I'd be looking at close to $1000 regardless. I talked to Diem about sharp snow and she said about $700-$800 for a neonate and about $800-$1000 for a yearling. Except I guess she said finding a sharp snow is going to be the harder part as I guess they still aren't that available as most people are doing kahl stuff since its cheaper. And for the Poki, I might talk to Chris again. He asked if I was planning to breed her but I said nah. So maybe later I'll talk to him about finding me an unrelated male but has to be 100% pure Rio Bravo Poki as I would want to keep the pure bloodline.

And thanks. I love Gina. She is such a little lounger lol. I think she got the memo from the other snakes. I had her out on me for the first time last night and she stretched across me and laid on my arm while I watched TV in bed lol.

Ok just checked out Diems stuff again. That female sharp albino motley is nice but I need anery so I can make sharp snows and snowglows. That's why I would either need a female sharp snow or DH snow but since I wouldn't be sure i'd breed anyways, if I went that route, I would just get a female sharp snow so at least i'd still have a snow if I decided not to breed. But I got awhile to kick it around lol. I need to first order another T8 for my dumerils, then a Herpstat 6, then 4 T25s......so yeah I got lots of other stuff I need to spend money on before another snake lol.
