Because she's gonna grow up quick, like all kids do
I just want to share my appreciation for my nooodle child.
Born this summer, somewhere in a small town in the Netherlands, into the loving home of the breeder I got her from, my future child was smol and waiting for a new home.
A couple of months later, I decided to finally get My First Python™ and like a hyperactive internet tornado, I ended up looking at so many possible morphs it had me going blind. Until I saw her.
She was there, on the breeder's website, and I knew she was the one. Beautiful pattern and colors, cute as a button. I didn't look further.
She's a lesser het desert ghost.
I picked her up last Thursday.

I saw a small bit of shed loose on her body, her eyes have cleared up 100% and she's darker again...
I'm pretty sure she's gonna shed soon and I'm so nervous haha!
I hope I can catch the actual shed, it's so fascinating!

You may be up all night for that one lol! I tried catching mine a couple days ago but I tapped out and woke up to a fresh shed banana. I was slightly disappointed I missed it yet again. [emoji29] good thing there are tons more sheds to come!

I was lucky!!! I randomly walked in and she was out of her hide, and rubbing her cute little face against it!
That was the first ever shed I witnessed, it was fascinating!
Worried Mom™ mode was on, because I heard about retained eye caps and all that jazz, but it went smoothly and quickly. Proud of my smol child :D

This morning, when I was cleaning the waterbowl she was very lively and inquisitive. "Hi mom I did a shed, r u proud of me?"
She shed all in one piece! Yay!

We hung out for a bit, so I could inspect her for any stuck shed, but she's all clean and shiny again!

I'm keeping an eye on her sobshe doesn't get too fat. I feed her once a week.
I'm not sure actually, because when I wanted to check yesterday, my digital scale's battery died >.>
