Is their a way to cut an egg on day 1
Ok so is their a way to safely cut an egg on day 1 to make a small window and video record everyday until hatching while being able to see all stages of development? I really want to try it but don't want to risk the health of the animals but I've also seen windows made from natural things and part of the egg went clear it was really neat

That's why I'm wondering if you can place plastic wrap back over and glue it with like suger water or something natural but the problem would be cutting it without hitting veins and the sac itself now I don't want to do it for the reason I don't want to risk killing my baby snakes I believe I mentioned that above but if not I just wanted to make that clear I'm just wondering about this

Ok again and for the last time I will say I am not going to do this because I don't want to risk the health of my babies I again will say I am wondering if this has been done safely all this is is in theory at the moment because I've never heard of it being done but again I am not doing this because I will not risk the health of my animals just I have said it before 2 times and it got looked over and I'm being told to do something I said I'm not going to isn't helping me lol I know what to do and not do but their is people that experiment and I want to know if it's been done before as it would be amazing to see a baby from start to hatch

I know and why I'm not doing it but some one some where had to have tried this or atleast with some other reptile egg maybe? Because things they do in the name of science is disgusting but I go read it lol

I kind of want to go look that up but I'm probably going to be a bit sad looking at pics of little dead babies that weren't Givin a chance but it's like what I said before people so in the name of science is disgusting at times but it all helps better understand the growth and development of the animals or what ever their studying one of my favorite things was scientists trying to make a chicken into a dinosaur lol they have already added a few extra vertebrae into the tail and they apparently say from their they can change it backwards in evolution to a dinosaur well that's just the deed down version as I read it lol but other then that I'm extremely excited about the thylacine cloning and should go re look up to see if theirs been any progress

I was thinking of that too but you would have to make sure it doesn't shift at any point as eggs are soft and would damage them and aswell the bacteria is always a problem but even if someone took like x rays or something every few days someway it would affect the embryo

I would let it run its course and only cut it when the baby is near to hatching.
On the flip side, some Japanese students have managed to hatch a chicken egg without a shell. There's clips on YouTube and its pretty neat
Look up this video. When I saw it I immediately thought it would be cool to see it done with snakes. I would almost be willing to try it if I had a full breakdown of how the experiment was done with the chickens

bout the only thing I could understand from the video is that when they zoomed in on the yoke with the circle around the white spot their saying that that is where the baby chick is formed from..... A baby chick doesent come from the whole yoke it comes from the little white speck inside the yoke.... but yeah very cool indeed
