So this guy is within the realm of "normal"? I thought for once someone asked "is this more than a normal?" and the answer would finally be yes :)

Normal is just normal..but normal has alot of variation from specimen to specimen. Vanilla and pastel are morphs, not a type of normal. Just a morph type.

If you were told *she might be a morph*, that is whats called a dinker. A normal w possible potential. Altho all normals have possible potential when bred w another of its species. I think there are some who like to change names and think it makes them more exciting or worth more as a normal bc it may produce something unique or a visual morph. Seems more like a way to try to justify a higher price on an unproven animal.

Very pretty and reduced female. She may not look "normal" in the traditional sense, but when it comes to ball pythons a normal is what's leftover in a clutch after everything else has been identified as a morph of some kind.

There's always going to be set standards for morphs, where as normals have no parameters to fit. That's why they can look so different from each other.

Let us know if she proves though! She is very beautiful and will hopefully pass her look on.
