I guess you need more then one

About 7 months ago I picked up a female bumblebee,she's about to be a year old so I figured I'd start looking for a male for her. While at the reptile show I kept walking buy this one snake, wasn't even the direction I wanted to go but still followed me home. He's a male clown and was said to be 5 weeks old, I've had him home for about 3 weeks and he's already had 3 meals and now switched to frozen :cool:

That's the best way to pick a new bp. I usually walk around looking. The right one will jump out at you then you will know it's the right one. Yours looks great.

That's why ball pythons are like Pringles. You add a gene to the collection and it starts the research on what goes best with it. Beautiful dorsal stripe on yours congrats.

He's lovely. I live in fear of the next Repticon near me. lol. I don't want to hijack your thread, but could you tell me how you switched your little guy over to FT?

In my opinion clown is a great morph to get into. Its one that I do not have and one that I plan to pick up very soon. With all of the incomplete dominant and dominant traits crashing in price so rapidly, recessives are a great way to slowing that trend. Good luck with this one, he looks great.

No worries, sometimes it's super easy and sometimes a little work is needed. With this guy I gave him 2 or 3 live meals in his new home 5 days apart, then simply thawed and warmed up with warm water to show body heat of dead mouse same as live. I then put a live one in his cage to get him out of his hide, once I had his attention I pulled it out and put the frozen thawed in, feeding was yesterday and he just took another frozen no problem without the use of a live so I consider him successfully switched.

Thanks, excited to make some het clown stuff with my bumblebee if I cant land a het clown or a clown before that time comes.
