Merlin is approx. eighteen years of age (the large male Burmese python, not to be confused with the "zoo burm") and 17ft when fully stretched. Winslow has had him about ten years and his prior owner had him at least eight.

Both of my BP's hatched on 3/30/05 and I got them on 4/9/05. I know... they weren't established at all... but I lucked out for a first time ball owner and they've both come around very nicely so far. Great eaters, great temperment, decent sheds (1 perfect one... on the second shed!). Overall... they're great, I love em! :D

Aren't bp's suppose to live for 20yrs or more? I find it concerning that none have had their bp's for that long.

He/She looked great and was super calm. I can't recall the name of the place that owned him, it was either a zoo or some reptile conservation place, I don't remember. This was at the Tinley NARBC last year.

Thor is about 9 years now, and about 42 inches.
Casper is said to be 2.5 years now, he's about 36 inches.
Isis is the baby, about 9 months, she's about 22 inches.

I don't know their weights, we should get a scale...
