    New leucistic baby
Got a new baby today! Here are a couple quick pics I got before giving him some time to relax. I'm such a sucker for blue eyes (those familiar with my balls know that. That was a weird sentence). The breeder is pretty sure he's also labyrinth but hard to tell. I'm honestly not as familiar with burm morphs but he was pointing out just how high the fading on his sides goes. Opinions? Now he needs a name..

OK still nameless but figured I'd start tracking his size.
28-30" 174g. I'll feed him his first meal with me tonight.

He's also still quite pissy so after I pick him up I just hold him for a few minutes until he calms down and stops huffing and puffing. Figure I'll do that a couple times a day until he realize I won't back down and also aren't going to eat him.

Falcor is a great idea! But oh man, I'll just keep thinking no artax, don't let the sadness win!! He'll probably be nameless for a while at this point. I'm weird about waiting for the name to seem like it fits. Especially since he'll pretty much be my lone display snake since all our others are in racks.

Slithering I honestly didn't know you could get burns with blue eyes until earlier this year either and then I really didn't expect to ever be able to afford one lol

Funny update, he was 170g when I brought him home Saturday and that was after he cropped all over the breeder while he was triple checking the sex. Then 174g when I made an official post, and just now 176g. And I haven't fed him yet. Looks like they just need air and water to still grow like weeds!

Lol the herp world is full of surprises it seems[emoji1]

You gotta have at least one on display - can't hide such beauty - just make up for the loneliness by loving him a bit more[emoji6]

Lol like my normal bp who didn't want to eat for 3 weeks but still put on weight... I guess there's something funny in the atmosphere where I live

About 5 weeks, went from 170 to 235g. Empty this morning. I'm surprised he hasn't shed yet. Pretty sure I've settled on calling him Zoom.

2 months before and after. Almost doubled weight and still hasn't shed. Hmmm. Also want to come up with something to sit him on or by to show growth better. Figure he's a little under 3 months old now.

About 3 1/2 months old, about 3' and looks like he's starting to loose the big bobble head baby look.

Monthly update. Didn't realize how skinny he was just a couple months ago! I'm not power feeding and just finally moved him to small rats from a mouse or 2 so he'll probably gain even faster now.
