I recommend going here http://www.morphmarket.com/stores/map?cat=reps Over there you can find breeders around you. If there aren't any near you, that doesn't mean that there aren't any. So just keep looking! :gj:

I never trust anything on craigslist. Lol and these rats wouldnt be pets. Im looking for breeders for snake food. And to start breeding my own. But thanks lol

But just because you're breeding feeders doesn't mean pet rats from Craigslist wouldn't be a good idea for foundation stock. I LOVE the rats I got on Craigslist; they were already much easier to handle than the white feeders from a local store or PetsMart rats and I hit the lottery growth-wise. After some selective breeding with sizeable males I now have male rats that hit 150 grams by 5 weeks which is GREAT for my snakes. Females lag behind by about 50 grams. I got my stock from a person who loved the rats as much as she did the reptiles in the house and it shows.
Yea its not a bad idea. I just have major trust issues with strangers. And people around here seem to not take care of there animals. :/
