Banana + Nothing, Banana + Pastel, ?
These still aren't the best photos, but this is my new boy, Arlirr. To me, he looks a bit like a Banana Pastel - but then again, he looks a bit like a Banana with nothing else in there, as well. I'm horrible at identifying morphs, for the most part. My camera is awful at this. I deleted a dozen or so photos where it was completely focused on something entirely outside the focus range it was supposed to be locked on. Natural light, no flash. Just glaring Nevada sunlight.
So, what do you see?
A lot of light reflected here, but this really comes the closest to how light he is.

Arlirr has a rock. It is HIS rock, and he wasn't letting go. This is the closest I could get to a belly shot.

More rock. I tried to get it to focus on his head better, but he wouldn't stop squiggling.

Rock again. He wanted it to take it back to his tub with him. This shows some of the white flush in his alien heads. Young, but already freckly.

Hmmm idk but either way that's a beautiful snake

Very pretty! I love the Banana gene!

Thank you both. He's really a very mellow chap. I don't really see how the previous owner could consider him aggressive at all. Well, unless you're a mouse - then he's pretty aggressive.

Still looking for educated opinions.

Re: Banana + Nothing, Banana + Pastel, ?
Kinda leaning toward banana pastel. The pattern and nature of the blushing are very pastel to me. The pattern on the body could indicate a jungle (which is just a weird thing that happens sometimes), but with the blushing the way it is makes me think pastel instead.
Also, looking at the pics again, I might be seeing a vague brown-out line like you'd see on a pastel. Er. Purply-out line as the case may be.

Thank you! Yeah, there's a bit of a line, but it's hard to pick out of the light colors. It's the blushing that really made me think Pastel - most of the straight up Bananas I've seen seemed to have darker yellows, without the white flush on the sides, too. But there's just so much variety in Bananas, it seeems, that I don't trust my judgement on it.

One last nudge to see if anyone has any other opinions or input on the question.

While not exactly an educated opinion, it looks very much like my Banana Pastel. To me it seems too light to be single gene Banana, however I am no expert! Very pretty! Love the bananas.

Thank you both! I've decided that he is, indeed, Banana Pastel. Now I just need to find myself a Banana Fire Spider female! .... That may take a while.
