    Help Needed
I could sure use some help on figuring out what local/type of Boa Chaco is, neither Tigerhawk or I know, Tigerhawk thought maybe a Dwarf or CA Boa his snout is shorter , I've looked at cutting-edge herp and I'm still lost. What do those of you with your experience think. I would just like to call him the right name he's already established he's Romeo...I have several pictures posted but I'll put some here.

Looks kind of like Rosey who is just a normal BI except she has lots of salmon coloring on her sides and cheeks. Cant really go by snout length as each snake is individual just like people. Some have shorter snouts while some have more longer ones. Unfortunately its just a normal BI unless you know the breeder. Anything else from anyone else would just be a guess at best. Its like Rosey who is just my "mutt" BI girl.

He looks similar to my Normal, Elenore, except for the blushing and head pattern. Chaco has the cross on top, Elenore has a spear.

Nah, I don't have a camera. I live in the stone age. I'm going to probably pick a cheap one up in a few weeks so I can start getting summer pics. I'll put up a few pics of all my girls then.

I guess if you want to say she is. I mean no one has any idea if she is CA or not so your guess is as good as anyone else :)

My Irwin a normal Cen American BCI dwarf, I asked my breeder about his lineage even though he's just a pet, learning the specifics is fun. She told me she obtained his parents for pattern and size, not specific locality, so I'm stuck with a reletivley general identity. C'est la vie 😋

Last night Chaco went light colored and today his sides are a pinky peach color I didn't realize he's a chameleons. He sure is looking good everyday a little better on his colors.

COOL! I think some of the dwarf localities, specifically Hogg (Hog?) Island, are known to have a "flaming response" where their coloring will vary between dark and bright in response to environment, stress, etc. I am by no means an expert on this, i am basing it on a video about Hogg Island boas made by my favorite Herp-Tuber (to coin a phrase), Jordan Shaw of HLH reptiles. Below is the link to that video which should drop you in at the very moment he discusses said "flaming response", though i highly recommend watching the entire video as well as his other videos - i tell you with no hyperbole that he and his videos are what gave me the confidence to get my first pet snake and the insight to choose my particular variety of boa.
