What tyoe of enclosure, whats your husbendry numbers and how are they being measured, how are you heating the enclosure, what type of substrate and hides... Pics would help alot, also be sure to leave the new one alone for at least a week in quarantine... Majority of the time a ball not eating is related to husbendry errors or stress

They in a 20 gal long, newspaper bedding, to small branches, a water bowl, a lil tub with side cut out, a dome with red uv light, and a heat rock, screen top with clamps...

I'm at work so after work I will take pics to send for a visual....

You have them both housed in the same tank? And get rid of the heatrock asap, they are dangerous for snakes.

Balls shouldnt be housed together for any reason other then breeding witch is done on a set schedual, and should only be done once both animals are established in their own enclosurs. They both need their own enclosure with a heat source they cannot physically touch.provide correct temps and humidity measured by a digital thermometer of some kind.

They are probably unhappy about the enviroment and are stressed to the point of not wanting to eat... Balls are solitary and will compete for the best of everything in the enclosure witch adds stress to both animals

He ate since I have had them together she hasn't? So basically I should separate them till ready to breed them?

Yes and provide a regualted heat source thats measured with a thermometer and 2 hides in case the snake needs to thermoregulate.
