    Bumblebee followed me home
So I'm newly back into snakes from many moons ago, love to see the drop in prices however now I want too many:). I was originally looking for a male possibly a pied and of not that another morph avoiding the spiders.... Well look what I got, a female bumblebee talk about no control when I find a good looking snake with a great personality.

Sold to me as: Bumblebee het hypo t-1 female

Setup is temporary while a baby (5 months) 15quart tub with UTH controlled by a Herpstat 1

As with most ancient gods/goddesses, there have been multiple accepted spellings through out history ;).

Quick update : The snake now has a name Eleanor. When I bought her from the breeder she had a detailed weekly list of her feedings, she was on F/T fuzzys and was due to eat on the 15th. She ate one fuzzy without a thought. Looking at the snake I believe fuzzy are too small so I waited 5 days and offer another fuzzy and she took it so I offered a second and she took it as well ;) Beside the 3 rodents she has already had a bathroom break so all seems to be adjusting well.

Thanks, totally not what I wanted or was even considering. I actually planned to avoid anything spider. However when I decided to get back into snakes my wife wasn't too happy, she doesn't mind them in a cage but she is scared of them. So when I happen to be walking around a reptile show and she sees one she likes you know it's coming home! This little bumblebee is helping with the idea of the rack system ;)

Crummy Update : Even though Eleanor is my only pet I still resort to my old snake days, I've kept her in a 15 quart tub on paper towel with the minimum she needs, checking daily. Well today was the day that confirms why doing this is so important. It's been less then two weeks of having her and I found two mites walking on the paper towel, I've yet to see any on the snake but clearly they're there........glove are off and the fight begins and new school tips feel free to post, I'll be reading this evening!!!

Wow amazing snake, i hope mine looks like that when he gets a bit older. I just bought a bumble bee last saturday and hes adorable. Ive been super paranoid with his care and im pretty sure im caring for him very well. The only thing that made me sad is the bad wobble he has, he corkscrews somtimes and i feel bad for him, at least it doesn't hurt him.

If you've spent sometime reading on here I'm sure your doing just fine! As far as the wobble/corkscrew go I only really seen mine do it was the first time I soaked her, she didn't do it very long once she realized she was okay. Looked like she started doing it from the stress to me soaking her for the first time.
