I asked in a Facebook group yesterday. My ball Python hasnt since he ate either - apparently the answer was "each ball python is different" some do it when they shed, some do it every 2 weeks etc.. Mine hasnt even wee'd since I had it. (last saturday)

Please keep in mind that snakes tend to have slow metabolisms, and ball pythons may have the slowest of them all.

In addition, young BPs use a LOT of what they eat for gaining size. There shouldn't be much left over for waste. And, that's actually a good thing.

It will poop when its ready. Taking it out for exercise can move things along too.

Mine went about a month before it pooped. You'll know when it goes. The whole room will know...

This happened... I waited to clean for him to go for a poo - but after a week he never went I cleaned him out - 20 minutes later noticed he was ontop of his hide so thought there was a problem, on closer inspection he had poo'd inside his hide. cleaning out my snake was fun at 12am :D:D

See....I told you. LOL A Ball Python holds on to its waste for more reasons than we realize. Cleaning out their cage triggers something with them and they will often poop soon after. If you do a search online...there is a write up or two on the reason why.
