Collection Update!
So much has changed at the racks of Chez Dave I thought it was time for a collection update with pictures. So, in no particular order,
Yang, my big Pastel girl.

Not sure why the shot skewed blue but her colors are true so I didn't bother fixing it.
Washington, Lesser male with a great personality.

Sheila. This Killerbee is as big as a house right now so I'm hopeful she'll lay this season. Totally crazy snake when it comes to feeding time.

Tucker, because everyone needs a normal.
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...pstbs7rmwm.jpg
Texas. I'm just glad I got this pic. She's been really pissy lately.

Sarge, my Mystic Potion. Dude can stare down anything!
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...psgagafs6x.jpg
Pyrrha. Lesser Huffman that has a date with Sarge next season. She was being shy.
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...ps2fgeboui.jpg
Sally. She was formerly a problem child, but has really calmed down. Pastel Yellow Belly.
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...psd4l5zxuj.jpg
Grif. Mojave Yellow Belly that has a future date with Sally.
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...pskd6d6czv.jpg
Nora the Spider. Really cool snake. She's one of my ambassadors for people not sure about things with scales. Super calm and ton of personality.
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...pspbqc3sym.jpg
Connie or CT. My Humble Bee girl.
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...psishpahpp.jpg
Butters. Love this Banana guy and the fact that he's not faded at all so far.
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...ps8kfxg6p5.jpg
Carolina, my new Pied girl.
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...psmkrxneyg.jpg
York. Still really jazzed about finding him. GHI Chocolate Het Ghost.
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/p...ps3wbgpyxb.jpg
And Coco. She's been introduced before. Black Pastel Ghost Pinstripe. 2 years from now she's got a date with York.

It's been a crazy ride from one Normal back in June of 2015 to this!
For those interested, like Ax, this was shot with one soft box on a piece of white poster board. Settings were shutter speed 1/60th, ISO 100, f/5.6, and 135mm on the lens.
Thanks for looking,
Dave

Right there with you! :gj: Sarge will be ready next season, but it's going to be a long two year wait for Coco to mature.

beautiful BP's, beautiful photos. thanks for the update.
i love Sarge's pattern, it kinda looks like shadow puppets on a heart background (if that makes any sense.) and Grif, your Mojave YB looks to have some golden coloring/blushing - that's a beautiful touch. is that a normal thing for the Mojave YB combo? i'm looking into getting a Goldblush Mojave in the future.

I really have no idea about the yellow blushing on Grif, but I am sure the YB gene has a lot to do with it. I know on a "normal" YB, the alien heads are supposed to be outlined in a yellow so I'm sure that's where it comes from. Love it though! For lighting I used one of these.

with one of these

I used to shoot professionally so I have some cool toys laying around that don't see much use anymore.
