Matatabi, Enchi Leopard poss het. Pied

Orochimaru's future girlfriend will be arriving on Friday. I'm still waiting on the breeder to check his records to get her pairing and hatch date. She's a 2015 and her add was first posted September 6th, so she's probably a mid to late August baby. I was doubtful that she was still available, glad I checked though. Here are her pictures from the add.

I haven't seen too many enchi leopards up for sale, so I'm lucky to have found her. If she turns out to be het. pied that's just a bonus. When I get my pied female I'll pair her to Jiraiya, hold back a cg male and breed him to Matatabi. That would give me a chance at those CG Enchi Pieds. I'm hoping to get some champagne enchi leopards my first season though. They're pretty awesome looking.

From my knowledge those are the only two I have seen available, fantastic purchase. It would be great to see a lower level white leopard pied, and the enchi will help produce that.

I also got a phenomenal deal on her. Only $200 shipped! The breeder is in Colorado, so I'm thinking he's trying to sell off hatchlings before it gets too cold for him to ship.

i just can see the last picture of the full clutch. which one is she ??? Middle rght and bottom left are the snakes i will pick for the het. pied.

That's a clutch of champagne enchi leopard combos, she's not from that clutch. I don't know why you can't see the first three pictures that are of her. Maybe because her add has been taken down. I will upload them to my photobucket and see if that works.

Thanks! I love how golden she is. Excited to unbox her tomorrow and see how she looks in person. I will get some belly pics, find out if she has any tracks. The pairing was an Enchi het pied x Leopard het pied, so even if she doesn't have any markers I'll try to prove her out.

oh snap, i think i saw that posting. the same breeder has an Enchi Ghost male i think that i PM'ed him about. i'm very tempted (but i just got back from a trip that i spent too much money on and would rather get girl BP's right now).

leopard gene seems to be close to the pied gene means you have a lo of chance she is het. pied but he side makers are not there. i still give her a big 90% to be knowing the pairing.

I think you guys will be disappointed to see how much she has browned out. But she is in shed, we'll see how she looks after. I still like her though. Has a great personality. I think she's going to be my favorite. I had to get some live mice, had one extra and decided to offer it to her just to see. She took it right away.

you will need a pro opinion for the het. pied because i don t see it. usually it s obvious on leopard, champagne, lesser, mojave

With good odds that she's het pied I was considering getting a male pied instead of a female. But without the markers I might stick with my original plan. Unless I can find a good deal on an axanthic het pied male. Its no big deal to me if she doesn't prove out.

i wouldn't be worried if she doesn't show any markers being her for pied. i have a champagne combo girl and a leopard combo girl. my champagne girl has a ringer but i know she's not het for pied (tho she is het ghost). my leopard girl has no markings and isn't het for anything let alone pied yet some peeps still believe all leopards are hets.

i wouldn't worry about it and just trust the pairing that produced your beautiful new baby girl. :)

If she doesn't prove out its no big deal to me. I still think she's great :).

My favorite girl is getting big, 946 grams. She has a very chill personality, I carry her around the house sometimes. Her last shed was 8/6/16.

Matatabi stopped eating when I upgraded her tub size. I moved it back down recently, but she is still off feed. I may have to take her down to even the smallest tub size. I've offered different sized mice as well as rats, but she doesn't show any interest. She is not dropping much weight though. 1077g on 12/12/16.
