Three of my four snakes are all "in the blue" right now... how odd. Goblin, my big male BP, just finished a good shed last week. So last night, I look in on my two younger BPs and my BCI, and all three are blue eyed at once!
    How darned strange.

Yeah! I made sure to "up" the three shedders' humidity, misted their cages down and put the usual plastic over their screen lids. I also make sure to spray insode of their hides too, because they seem to hide even more at shed-time.
But I actually caught my boa drinking water last night; not something I see often. He must have drank for at least 5 minutes, then just put his head back into his hide and slept (or meditated, or whatever it is they do in their hides, lol.)

My three are shedding within a week of each other as well.. seems to happen somewhat commonly. At the zoo I work at, all the giant snakes shed at the same time too. :?:

Maybe it has to do with their feeding schedules? I feed them all on the same day of the week...

Maybe that would explain it then. Goblin is fully grown and therefore I feed him only once every 2 weeks, which could explain why he ain't shedding now. Plus he is bigger. :)

Nope, I feed my guys on different days, but both of them have started to shed at the same time. When I first got them, my ball would finish shedding and then Butters would start. Right now they're both about to shed.

And then one of my T's decided to molt about 2 days ago..silly animals. (He's not handleable anyway, and he molted just fine :)

Same here, differnt feeding days but occasionally the snakes will all be in shed together or at least one after the other.

Maybe they are psychically linked or something! Or maybe it even has something to do with the conditions they're kept in. Who the heck knows? :) As long as all three shed good (and they will, because their humidity is right on the money) I'm happy.
