Thanks everyone. I'm very pleased with the second picture, even if it does have the edge of the table in the background, because Smaug posed herself.

Smaug is officially my husband's and his family (and now ours) has a history of Tolkien names for dogs, and it kind of leaked over. [emoji3]

Yep, the original Smug was male. Our Smaug was undetermined when we got her (pet store), my husband has since learned to probe snakes and discovered our mistake. :)
