What does this look like?

So I plan on buying something new, but I'm not to sure if its what they say it is.

Looks like it could be something in YB complex. Since you said you were looking for something new, is it spark or gravel? Any belly pics?

No it was actually being sold as a orange dream YB, but it really didn't look like that to me.

I agree that it does not look like an orange dream... and sparks usually have a head stamp so I doubt it is that. You may have to take the breeders word for it and breed it yourself to figure it out, but if you do not trust, do not buy it. You do not want to regret anything. And a good quality snake will always look like it should. If you have to second guess, it is not good quality.

Exactly why I passed on it. I'm no expert but I have a idea of what it should look like.

I was going to say straight up YB until I saw you said something new and you already had YB listed. That's why I thought maybe something else in the YB complex. If I took 10 guesses none of them would have included OD from that picture. To me, if I am buying something OD it should be glaringly orange. Good for you passing on it.

At first I thought it was just me, but I see I'm not the only one. I'm so glad I passed on it

looks like a Fire Orange Belly. i think the combo would still make nice snakes, but it's just not what you're looking for.

I feel kinda sad cause he really tryed to sell it, sayin orange dream isn't a fancy morph by it self(which i know). But it still wasn't coming to me.

yeah, the OD isn't that fancy with patterns but i love the colors/contrast and if you can find one with nice flames, it's stunning. the coloring just reminds me of a tiger which is why i like this morph so much. and then the potential it unlocks when bred. i hope to get one or breed my OD spider out a normal OD.

i've seen a few OD's listed on Fauna, mainly 2014 and 2015 snakes. males are like $150 and females start at $350 from what i've seen. and these are hatchlings/juveniles, so they're not proven breeders. i bet u can haggle online, but yeah a show is probably the best bet.

also i think OD morphs have been played out. from what i've read, they were really hot a few years back when they first came out. looks like breeders are moving on to Bananas. but this is my 1st year and i haven't bred yet so i still love OD's.

Same here no matter what ppl say I'll still love and want the morphs I like, never know might pop out a worlds first(wishful thinking).
