Very nice!!! Any pics of the parents? How are you going to identify the fires vs vanilla? I'm afraid of having to do that, which is why I added a super vanilla combo male to my collection. :gj:

These ones are ALL white, no yellow/orange markings at all.

Very carefully! Identifying single gene Fires and Vanillas from each other is much easier then 'trying' to identify Fires from other allelic genes such as Sulfur and so on.

Here is the sire - Vanilla Cream (Nerd Line Fire)

I love that second picture! So much variety there! Those babies are beautiful. What's the baby in the bottom picture? I like it.

The parents are particularly amazing! Good quality snakes from what I can see. Nice job! :)

That firefly!!!!:bow::bow: How big is she? My firefly looks very similar, about 1600 grams currently with little to no browning out.

I would love to pick your brain about telling apart single gene fires from vanillas as hatchlings. I'm pretty good at telling the difference in adults, but hatchlings can have me scratching my head!

Thanks! I love her, she's right around 2000 grams and is an early 2011 hatchling. I picked her out of a bag that came in from the US along with some other African imported animals. She has kept here yellows so nicely as she ages! Unfortunately I'm just unsure of her lineage.

In terms of identification I typically find Vanillas to have more of an aberrant jungle like pattern and a more pronounced headstamp. Some say that Vanillas also have more of a cream colouring towards their belly scales and tend to have speckling similar to a 'granite' at the base of their flames.

All this being said, would I bet the house when identifying Fire vs Vanilla neonates, not a chance! ;)
