I honestly have no clue, i heard greenman talking about using heat panels to heat his custom built wooden cage.He said it works well . I have no expierance with them , nor do i know where to get them.Sorry
(i think it was greenman who said that at least........)

Belly heat and wooden cages don't really work well together. Way back in the day I had a couple of wooden cages that I used Pro-Products radient heat panels with. They really worked well and were safe to the touch.
Do those heat panels go on the floor of the cage, or on the wall, or what?

most of the panels i've seen are mounted in the top of the cage. i surf the chondroweb alot and alot of arboreal people use the panels and some have very large numbers and very expensive animals in them.
