I was going to pick up 1 BP..... (pic heavy!!!)

​And I came home with 4!!

I made a down payment on this girl and we agreed to meet at a reptile show, big mistake... haha :D

I got no self control, I think I need help :rolleye2:

OK first up is the 2010 Mojave female I made the down payment on, she is a proven breeder.
I like her pattern and that she is kinda dark

I only made 1 quick photo of her, as she didn't want to act like a model and sit still :D

Next is a 168 grams late 2014 Pinstripe female, I know it is just a Pinstripe, nothing to special but I didn't have a Pinstripe in my collection yet and I like what it does in combo's

Now it is time to show a male I am very happy with to have in my collection.

He is a 643 grams Super Pastel Calico male that produces sperm plugs and as a little bonus he has a nice paradox spot ;)

And now the last one, this is a girl I got a question about.

She is a 261 grams 2014 Enchi female, the question would be;

How good of a example of the Enchi morph is she? I am wondering as i never really was that much into Enchi but Enchi and the Enchi combo's started to grow on me more and more and when I saw this girl I wanted her.

She has some banding, some nice oranges???/yellows??? (I am slightly colorblind and I am not sure if it is yellow or orange, feel free to let me know) and she has no black spots/ alien eyes/ key holes or what ever you call them.

At first I was all ok, the super pastel calico started catching my attention..... Then BAM! Hello Enchi! I'm no where near expert, but HOT DAMN she's gorgeous! I think she's a great example of an Enchi. She has great banding, and great color! Nice and clean. Great pick up.

What Travis said! I was just casually scrolling until I saw that Enchi!!!! AMAZING example. Great gold color, banded pattern.... exactly what you look for in an enchi :)

DANG! That super pastel calico boy is something special. I love my pastel calico to death, but that beauty blows him out of the water.

I'm not a big Enchi expert either, but I'm pretty sure that is a great example of the morph as others have said. And that's definitely orange on her belly. :gj:

Finally, I want to give the mojave and pinstripe some love since they haven't gotten much! :P Love a nice, dark mojave just like that one. And the pinstripe is so tiny and adorable.

I was already happy with them but reading what you said about them and that my Enchi is a good example of the morph makes me even happier :D and very proud too!

and to top it all off, today is my regular feeding day and decided to try and see if the new bp's wanted to eat.

Good news,

last monday both the pinstripe and the Enchi ate, I fed them a mouse as the breeder told me he fed them mice,

last night i desided to try a small rat (+/- 40 grams) and both ate it, so from now on i'll keep feeding them rats as it could save me a lot of trouble to swap them from mice to rats later when they are older.

I only hope that my rats will breed fast enough to have a steady suply of small rats haha

First of all, I know nothing of colour variations but I'm learning! They all look so similar. But I do know that Enchi is absolutely breathtaking. The orange is just so vibrant and you'd never think those colours would pop up on a snake. Second, I don't think pic heavy is a warning. Isn't it what everyone wants? Or maybe people just use it to make people look... I know I can never turn up a post that says pic heavy! I wish I could just casually buy four snakes. One day...

Great stuff :) 4 snakes in one shot ... that must have been a fun day at the show. All your snakes are gorgeous but I particularly like the SP Calico!

with a bit of luck my Lesser Pastel female will be ready to breed end of this year if so...

I'll be having a shot at Lesser Pastel Calico's and even Super Pastel Lesser Calico :)
