As the title suggests... How much does a Mahogany Ball Python cost on average?

Re: Mahogany Price
On the BHB reptiles website they have a female listed at 700$ and a male at 450$

I've seen them from $250 to $450 at reptile expos before.

Re: Mahogany Price
That's a nice price. Why don't people produce SUMA's more often? They seem very easy to make.

I don't really know because they are super cool snakes. I think they are one of the coolest morphs in bps. Are you thinking about producing them?

That's a very good question. It's possible they could be like super cinnamons and have an issue with kinking or duckbills, but I honestly hadn't heard of a SUMA until now. They're very pretty, though.

Re: Mahogany Price
I absolutely love them, and I do want to produce them. I love the Orange stripe, and I could make some serious money off of them.

I think sumas aren't being made much because mahogany seems to be one of the more uncommon genes. I talked to Brian at BHB reptiles at an expo, and he told me that sumas don't seem to have duckbilling or kinking from what he was seeing. I plan to pick up another mahogany or two at some point. That gene has serious potential. Has anyone here looked at a black potion? Or a mahogany leopard? Incredible combos, have a look. Mahogany is also nice with cinnamon or black pastel. :)

Probably because there are so many morphs to chose from. Plus bright seems to be more popular among people. Why isn't there more super GHIs or black pastels or cinnamon or sable etc.......

Black potion is incredible too. Mahogany black pastel is another favorite!
