    Ash's collection
I was cleaning out cages and decided to snap a few pictures. Missing 5 but they either didn't need a cleaning or have been off feed or a while.

One of the newest in the collection. Loki, an Ivory. Ah the frustration of a snake that won't sit still for a picture.

The other new one. Freyja, Albino. She only got one quick snap because she hasn't eaten with me yet. Cross your fingers for this week.

Thank you, he's a nice looking dude in my opinion. Pictures just don't do him justice.

Thanks! The pewter was produced by a local breeder with some really quality animals. This colors don't photograph well at all. He is stunning in person.

Thank you. He's a really nice clean ivory (in my opinion), and was a must have for the collection. I looked around for some time before snapping him up. Can't wait for a bit later in the week. Hopefully I can get some good outside pictures. My light box just isn't cutting it.

Ah, for whatever reason poop/shed day always comes right after major cleaning day. Here's Odin. Fresh from his befouling of his spotless tub and sporting some new skin. Let in a little light to try to pick up his colors a bit better. Still failed.

And this is Gertie. She had a bit of a rocky start at a previous home where she suffered severe burns. She came to us at 3 years old weighing less than 350 grams. It is almost a year later now and he is over 1100g. She's a great gal, but gets excitable when you start un-thawing rats. She just will not wait until you get them in the tub with her. lol

Ah that moment when every snake in the rack eats on feeding day! *dances* Two of my adults broke a 5 month feeding fast. Also had confirmation that the new little albino female is a solid mouse eater, rats, she cares not for rats. -_- *bangs head on desk*

Thanks guys! He's from a local breeder who has some fantastic animals. He's 400ish grams and holding his color very well.

She's just a normal but I get excited every time I open the rack and see this girl. Bit over 700g and right at a year old. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/06...0c527ee4ac.jpg

Last addition for at least a year. Enchi Lesser female (possible het hypo) that I will be picking up sometime in the next week. I feel like I've set up a nice base of quality animals. Now its time to focus on producing the first clutch.

Thanks! The breeder had an even nicer one with some size on her. Unfortunately my wallet did not have enough size for her. XD I'm quite happy with the girl I'm bringing home though.

Thank you, The Ivory is going to be paired to a normal female later this year in hopes of producing my first clutch. Can't wait for some nice yellow belly hatchings!

We have a super pastel 66ph clown female who WOULD NOT eat rats UNLESS you also provided a mouse pink. Yup. Mouse pink. so small as to be a single potato chip of a snack. She'd even kill the rat and just wait to eat it for her mouse pink: weirdest. f'in. snake. after 6 months, she started to just eat the rats. :gj: Good luck converting!! (you can do this!)

Yes! I have moved another mouse eater over before. She's looking a bit more stubborn than the other one. I've tried offering scented rats to no avail, but she will eat a mouse no problem. Decided to get her a bit more solidly eating and try rats again in a few months. I'm hoping it has to do with the movement of the prey. An appropriately sized mouse is much more mobile than a large fuzzy rat.

Thank you, I looked pretty intensively for everything but my first normal (Gaia) and the other two "first" additions (Nike and Gertie). Everything else had a plan. I intend to have a pretty clear focus on a few nice morphs and combos. I'd really like to add a dh female (and the same breeder of my male will have some available later in the year), but it just wont fit in the plans right now. Hopefully next year and then maybe a nice hypo male a year after that to try and prove out the EL girl.

Other than those two the only things I am really interested in eventually adding is Fire, GHI, Calico and maybe Clown. I was actually looking for an Enchi Calico when I found the EL. She was with a local breeder I have an established relationship with so I deviated from the plan a little bit with her but lesser is always a great addition to a collection. :)

EL girl is home. Snapped a quick pic as I got her set up in qt.

Elvis also was introduced to the new enclosure today. Unfortunately I ended up having to rip the background out. Haven't replaced it yet. He doesn't seem to mind.

EL - who has acquired the name Flicker is going great. She has settled into the qt tub well and is eating nicely. I decided to try a ft last night and she took it without a hitch.

Here is the last addition for some time. We've had her for a few weeks but I haven't been posting many pictures lately. A proven 100% het albino girl. She produced a nice 14 clutch as was paired with a albino pin this past year but did not go. We are excited for pairing her when she comes out of quarantine with our 100% double het albino pied in hopes for a few albino possible het pied to retain. Awesome girl who's been a great eater since she got here.

Bonus from my run last week is a massive Timber Rattler shed I found. It was not in the tree, but hung up for scale.
