It wouldn't let me edit again, she's a brand new snake I got today, my second one!

I think she is a good looking Mojave with nice blushing and decent size to her which is always great when getting a new female atleast.

So...she's gravid with at least four eggs in her. We got her for $250 and she locked with another mojave, seller said there was a 25% chance of getting a super and I have no idea if we paid too much....

Absolutely didn't pay too much. Fantastic looking mojave and the possibility of being gravid is a plus. Make sure to quarantine her from your other bp for at least 30 days to observe for any illnesses. Great pickup.:gj:

Nice looking Mojave, I like the long dorsal neck stripe, she does look a bit on the small side for a breeding size female, then again she could be 3 to 4 years old and just on the smallish side. For $250 nice pickup though. :gj:

$250 for a breeding female Mojave is a great price. Normally, breeding sized female Mojaves are in the $400-$500 range. If she is indeed gravid, that's a nice bonus.

She's almost two and after you asked, I weighed her for the first time since we got her...she's only 1151 grams....

That is pretty small to gravid. I usually wouldn't breed my bps until the female was 1500 at the very least. Still possible she is gravid. Ive seen bps that small reproduce.

The thing is that my gravid females always looked pretty stuffed when they had eggs. If you gently palpate her stomach, can you feel anything? If shes gravid it should feel like a big string of XL pearls inside of her as she runs through your hand..

She's beautiful! I have a weakness for a mojave with great blushing.

I'm now reading all these horrible things about breeding such young and small females...My boyfriend and the breeder both said there was something there and I didn't really check, just took their word for it. I can check - just on the underbelly mid/low stomach?
The breeder said when he bred her she was 1450 grams. She just had her first shed this morning too

If she's definitely gravid (witnessed ovulation) and not just "likely going to be gravid" (decent-sized follicles), that may have been her pre-lay shed. If that's the case, it wouldn't be a bad idea to start getting together whatever you'll need for eggs and hatchlings. Congrats on the pickup, gravid or not! She's beautiful.
