What to do? :Reduced pattern ahead:

Assume this gal was in your collection. What would you breed to her, and why?
She was paired with a pewter last year and didn't get anything more than some single genes. Some interesting patterns though.
She's about 2900g right now, and rearing to go.

That pastel is amazing, love that yellow stripe down the back underneath the pattern

My first instinct was to pair her with a fire or enchi combo. That blackback cinnamon is AMAZING!

I would breed her with an enchi combo. :gj:

Enchi combo or if you go recessive a clown could be awesome. Save the best looking hets and you could end up with a freaky pattern.

My first thoughts were also something enchi or clown as i think they would emphasise her reduced pattern and also let the uniqueness show through.

I also like the idea of fire or blade.

Maybe fire enchi or blade clown.

Either way she is one gorgeous girl.

i will put her with fire DG or a enchi DG. can isolate her genetic and plan for the future.

Philips451, thanks for sharing that! Both the offspring are the bomb. I would consider pairing her with a leopard pied or a black pastel maybe even super black pastel. :gj:

Thanks for the input folks. I'm in the strange position this year, where I have many more breeder females to choose from, than males. Unfortunately, None of my boys foot the bill.

A little Update on a long dead thread.

Momma had the year off, and is on track to be around 3100g this season.

The pastel hatchling I held back is growing well, and his pattern is getting more pronounced.

She makes beautiful offspring i love that bold blackback cinnamon. What are your plans for her this season? I saw enchi and clown thrown around which are very good ideas

Just picked up a smoking hot Lesser-Enchi-Fire poss YB.
