    What to do?
Hey guys I have a 1700 gram spider female that's ready to breed and some extra money to buy another snake. What male should I pair her with/what paired with a spider makes a cool animal? Thanks in advance for your input http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15...7db3c9dd96.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15...0c4b5f6d97.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15...49444411ff.jpg

How much extra money? Budget is going to be a factor on what kind of male you can afford. My first thought is going to be pastel, because who doesn't love a good bumblebee? Maybe a pastave, or a lemon blast? Honestly I think spider + anything looks awesome, so you can't go wrong no matter your choice here (although I understand spider+spider isn't recommended). I also love the effect calico has on spiders, but calico is another one of those genes that I think goes well with everything.

The most gene in a male you can afford lesser or pinstripe or enchi or OD combos would have my vote.

The "common sense" approach would be to look at all the spider combos, then get what YOUlike.;)

I'd say shop around get something nice with the most genes for your budget. You say you have about $300 to spend, that's more than what I paid for my pastel calico enchi which is a male that would go very well with your spider.

I LOVE the "bambee" or bamboo spider, but I can't find a bamboo anywhere nor do I know what they cost

I got him at an expo I paid either 250 or 275 don't remember exactly just be patient something will come along. There's so many combos that can come from pairing your spider to a male with 3 different genes

Bamboo males are still about $4000+

Bamboos are awesome looking, but I haven't even seen them for under 5k. Apparently a little too awesome. I got my calico pastel for 250 at a local repticon, but I haven't seen them under 300 otherwise. You can definitely find some good deals, either at shows or at the right site, but it can take a little patience.
