    some trouble with Flexx
    I took some shots with my cruddy digi cam of the lunar eclipse... i dont know if anyone missed it, but heres some pics!! the moon is completely covered where i live. :)

    we have a really nice telescope too.. i tried taking pics through the scope, but it didnt work. heh... always worth a shot, huh?

    thats why i took them. i dont havethe greatest camera around... oooo i'd like to see Robert C use his spiffy camera!!!! he gets some really nice shots with that one..

    I did'nt either until about an hour ago. Then I remembered I borrowed my Dads Olympus Camedia C-2100 today so I snatched it up and ran (well walked) outside to take some pics and......Dad gum clouds everywhere....cant see doo doo....So thanks again Angela for the pics.

    welcome everyone. i didnt know it was tonight either. my dad came upstairs and was like "oooo my telescope is out, come look at the moon, c'mon, c'mon!!!" he gets really excited when he gets to use his "toys." :)

    You guys should do a google search. There are a lot of places on the web that do live streams of events like that. :)

    That's the only way I watched venus crossing the sun.

    Cool; I saw it when it was at the halfway point, but after that the clouds rolled in and I went to bed anyway. Awesome event!
