I love the Black Phase House Snakes. They are really awesome.

And we Have Worm # 3... for size comparison on bottom 2 oz dressing cup... that's your standard ketchup cup for french fries...I think this is smallest one so far.... BTW iridescence on this one is just AWESOME!!!.... 6 more to GO!!!

THEY COMING!!! And what is surprising most... Suspected dead egg ( single one under this 5 together) have some slits so something coming out from it as well.... YAY!!! :taz::taz::taz:

All 10 hatched just fine... Still waiting on shed (is already week from 1st hatch) then hope we get some awesome feeding pictures.... :cool:

Are they going to keep that iridescence even after they shed? Black with iridescence... gah, I want one. Haha. Beautiful!

This species isn't popular enough at all. I'm gonna have to get a pair sometime soon. Know anything about this groups particular locality/subspecies?

This is Black Phase Boaedon Fuliginosus... most of them are light to chocolate Brown Hence Common Name Brown House Snake... but From Nigeria to Liberia this specie present with another color with is Dark dark Dark brown to black... Parents was WC import from Benin. Is Hard to say is a locality or particular melanistic mutation...
I will go with Locality especially that from 10 Babies I got I didnt gey Any Browns.. all of them are Black some of them even Darker than Parrents

These babies are so freaking cute. They are so beautiful love the black with the gorgeous iridescence :) can't wait to see more of them after the others shed, and feeding pics.

Well They Look Cute but second one with already shed is Devil reincarnate... When I was moving it to new cage i got tagged multiple times... little bastard slipped out of my hand and run across whole room... poop on me when finally catch him and then tag me few more times :rofl::rofl::rofl:
I think that's after mother... when I got her (remember she was WC import) i was using snake hook for 3 foot snake :rofl::rofl::rofl:

She came around nicely.. but if rest of them will have similar attitude... of my.. I hope that this will indicated good feed response :P

Haha omg wow!! That is pretty intense! I need one of these. I like snakes that keep me on my toes [emoji4] you never know what your going to get when you go into their tubs lol. The feisty ones are the best! :D

All My Adults came around Nicely and my 1st one ever (stripe one) is puppy dog You can pet him like You will pet mammal not reptile lol... I've heard that Black Housies have Quite attitude till like year old then they mellow out....

Update... 1st feeding last night and 9 from 10 pinkies disappeared... Before that more fresh Shed was mowed from parer towels to forest bark and Gods that was experience... Before they shed they was little angels... after they first Shed is like they are possessed by daemons :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Biggest of them even manage to draw blood :rofl: Feisty little suckers....
