New Spinner Blast Just Arrived!
Gonna show him off, he just came in like 1 hour ago, I'm very pleased with him. I love Spider and Spinner combos! Photos are outdoors and indoors, no flash or anything.

Top shelf for sure :gj:! Very very nice!!
-
Awesome example of the morph!
-
Thanks everybody! Pairing that produced him was Enchi Lesser Pastel to Bumble Bee, purchased from Loxahatchee Herp. I'm fully in the camp that it's worth it to hold out and search and maybe even pay a bit more for quality examples :)
-
I love me a good Spinner Blast - yours is awesome! :colbert2:
I won't muddy up or hijack your thread, but I always love a chance to show my girl off: Eric's Spinner Blast

uhm, i think you are forgetting to mention the pinstripe gene in one of the parents else it can't be a spinner blast and it obviously is a spinner blast :D

Re: New Spinner Blast Just Arrived!

Probably a good idea since the prices on these have dropped considerbly. Yours looks cleaner than most I have seen lately.
I purchased a Enchi Pastel Ghost Female from Loxahatchee recently. Haven't receive her yet because of cold weather. The wait is killing me but I know it will be worth it because from what i have seen, they have great animals.
Congrats.

He looks great. His colors really pop.

Nice pickup. Great colors on that one

Naaa, I honestly wouldn't care if the prices on these were $5.00 a piece. Spinner and Spiders are my absolute favorites, I take my regular two gene Spinners out just to admire them as well as my single gene Spiders, I really enjoy the way they look.
I'm just strict on what I am looking for, here is my Mojave Bumble Bee female, I looked and looked until I found one this clean, the spotting in the side pattern is part of the morph, I didn't like it. I found one with very minimal spotting, she was hard to find.

I personally like having a focused project to look forward to where I collect certain quality examples over gene collecting, which is what alot of people like to do, which is fine as well.

Same here! I play with my enchi girl and calico all the time! They're a couple of reasons why I take so long cleaning snakes.... I see them, attempt to photograph their awesomeness, fail miserably, then continue cleaning :P.
Feels good to have cool stuff you like in your collection!

He's really nice. I certainly hope he keeps some of that bright yellow as he ages! :gj:

Great eye for size he's 115 grams. Also if he stays bright and clean like this I am going to consider specifically trying to prove he is possibly Enchi, as he was sold to me as a Spinner Blast but one of the parents was an Enchi

Re: New Spinner Blast Just Arrived!
Very beautiful. I like the yellows, my favorite at the show yesterday was a Banana but he was $400 and a little out of budget as I am just getting started. I love my spider tho! How old is this one youre showing us?

He's a late 2014, at his weight I probably got him after the customary three - four meals, breeders hold them back for. He is doing great, he ate a rat pup/fuzzy three days after arriving.
I think you holding off on a single gene Banana male because of price is going to pay of big for you in 2015, so no worries

this is true. when i first started looking at banana/coral glows last summer, they were still going for around $800-$1000.
now you can get one that has an additional gene for $450-$500.
