The LED kit I'm using. It is a really nice light setup!

I wish I had skills... I like the idea of having an enclosure that opens in the front rather than the top, and you can never go wrong with fun lighting!

I plan on making my own enclosure eventually too, I also really like the idea of making a front opening one. I am probably going to try for sliding doors though for space saving reasons but that already looks like its going to turn out great. I look forward to the progress, it's going to be a snazzy snake home. All the other snakes in the neighborhood will be asking yours to host the pot lucks.

I think I'm going to go a different route with this enclosure. The top section is for my little guy(Striker) and the bottom is my larger BP(Conan). Still trying to decide how I want to do the doors for the bottom. Any suggestions? http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14...8925a0b637.jpg

Conans enclosure is up and running. Been going for about a week now and temps and humidity are good. Ended up having to pipe in a humidifier but it works. I think I'll move him in tonight!http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15...8271acdae3.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15...a1bd1382fd.jpg

Looks awesome! How big is the bottom one (I believe that's the one the snake is in)? Do you like the sliding doors or the foldout? How well does the design keep the humidity in/temps correct? We've got to build something for our snake eventually and your set up looks great!

Are you using UTH at all?

    Re: Starting to come together.
Yes I'm using a UTH. The bottom one is 4' x 3'x 2'. Humidity is the only issue I have with it. I bought some Hydro Balls and put them in a plastic bowl and it works pretty well to keep the humidity up. The sliding doors are great. Kinda difficult to build but much better then the fold out.
