I'm going to the Ohio Reptile show this Saturday to meet Don & Robbie Hamper. They say they've got some 2 month olds for me to choose from. I also plan to get a Crested Gecko from them. I'm so excited! What a way to finish of my collection.

Cool! Looking forward to pics of both. And I'll bet the Hampers won't sell you a 2-week-old crestie, either.

I'm excited - Robbie said the youngest they sell them is 3 weeks old. I'm going to try to get one as big/old as I can. Although I had a bad dream last night that my mom and I made the 3 hour drive to the show, and when we got there they told us they only had 1 Crestie for me to choose from and they didn't bring any of the Centralian Pythons like they said because they decided to euthanize them! I was sooo mad at them in my dream.

LOL! I'll bet you were! I'm sure you'll find something to be happy with -- just don't wait for the end of the show to get there. I really wish I could go to the Greenville show at the end of this month, but I can't even afford the gasoline at this point, so I'll just have to wait for the Atlanta show in a few more weeks. I am sure it will be worth the wait.

I plan to be there at 9 when the doors open!! :) In my dream I found a baby Yellow Anaconda that I was falling in love with!

That's just what you need to complete your collection! I'm sure mom wouldn't mind at all! You must be getting up pretty early to be there when the doors open. I don't think I can make it to the local one that early, unless I leave the kids behind and I'd never hear the end of that.

LOL. I plan on being on the road between 5 and 5:30 just to be sure. My mom knows I took the loss of my crested hard so I think that's one reason she's going with me - that and she would rather me not drive alone.

lol, so the real question is Tiger, how many times have you said that your next purchase will finish your collection? :D

Jeff, you have a point, but TG really does need another crestie -- she already has starter enclosure, adult enclosure, hides, food, everything but crestie. It would be wasteful not to have a crestie. I'm afraid you'll have to justify the snake yourself, Tiger. ;)

LOL - I couldn't tell you how many times I've said that. :) But I am about maxed on space. I knew I definitely had room for one more snake and decided I'd go for one of my dream snakes just in case it is my last I can purchase - plus it's also to help make me feel better about my crested. I also thought it was kinda wierd that pythons are my favorite and I only have one! I'll be focusing more on caging for awhile and then we'll see......

There will always be room for that "last one". Or atl east thats how I feel, I'vep lanned out the next kinds of snakes I'm going to purchase.
