    Very cool! Congratulations! I've been toying with the idea to get a GTP as a display animal. They're gorgeous.

    Designer stuff, I don't keep and dont know but I figure they put Biak into them alot for yellow. Most of the insulur localities will be nippy to nasty, your Biaks and Padidos, Arfaks etc. except the Canaries and Arus . The lowland mainland stuff is usually fine your Sorongs and Nabires/ Monokwaris and even Jayas. Highland stuff is usually pretty ok to handle as well but tend to be a little more bitey those are your Wamenas and a personal favorite Lerehs.

    That is really a basic baseline guideline they also have their own personality. I have a Jaya that handles like a Ball Python, calm snake, easy to handle.

    Wow! Incredible color. How is going to get that rat down, all wound up like that?! LOL Seriously, a truly gorgeous snake. I have never seen one in person. I hope to, though.
