    Mouse guts. Question.
I just fed my BP. This is the first time i feed him. And the first time i ever fed a snake. It was f/t. And when he constricted around the mouse guts went everywheres. Like the guts popped out. How can i clean this off my snake before putting him back in his enclosure?

    Smells nice doesn't it!?!

A wet towel or paper towels is what I have used.

Make sure to clean the tank area well and remove all the substrate in that area.

How did you thaw/warm up the mouse?

I help to many folks to keep it all straight. Search the forum about feeding in separate containers. Unless we already discussed this and your sticking to it.

I would say by now it should be fine to move it back if its been over 15 minutes as the prey should be worked down by now.

Huh. That's exactly how I've done every f/t rat that I've ever fed and never had an explosion. You're just lucky I guess! :D

I must be super lucky as my brb has done this 3 times, my ball once, and even my gtp popped one once. Luckily my big blood girl just swallows her meals. I can only imagine a XXL rat popping. :O
