Can someone answer this ?

How come one of the hatchlings still haven't shed. All the sisters and brothers have already shed and had they're first attempt to eat. We haven't done anything different from the other 6 siblings. But yet she still hasn't shed

Occasionally some don't shed the first time. maybe they don't absorb as much yolk.

Just try to feed it when you try the others.

That's up to you. I never do the wet paper towel thing with my hatchlings.

At 19 days old I would move to dray paper towel and offer food the next day. I had one last year that did not shed til after it ate its first meal.

Last year we had 2 that didn't shed with the rest of the clutch. The male took 2 months for his first shed and was slow to get started eating but did fine once he started. The girl from another clutch was 2 weeks behind and same thing, a little slow to start but she is a beast now, 1500g at 11 months! She started at 28g.

I fed her today. She took a nice fuzzy rat. She's nice and fat :)
