Ball Python model search!

CALLING ALL BP PAPARAZZI! :-)
I'm looking for some photos of some of your beautiful BP morphs! :snake: :snake: :snake:

I love to paint (I wouldn't know what to call my style but see below) & have recently been playing around with watercolour & ink, I'm normally partial to acrylics! I use my lovely little geckos as models but as for snakes I have a normal and a spider ball.. and I'm not quite as good at getting them to pose as the geckos (lol). I'm looking for some good photos (preferably with a white background but not totally necessary) of some other morphs that I can use for reference.. (bees, corals, pied, really anything under the sun that's colourful & isn't mainly black! If you have a good photo of your BP that you think would make a good watercolour painting, please post it!) Even if it's a normal BP in a cool pose that still helps.

I could just google some pics but I know you all have beautiful BP's and I've seen some really great photography :-) I will post them in the creative section when finished, and can also give scanned digital copies of the paintings to the owners of the models if they like it!
Here's a couple of my simple *test* pieces just to show the style I use, please excuse the crappy cell phone pics of the paintings (RAPTOR, Hypo Tangerine, Enigma). I'm still a newbie to this watered down paint thing, so help me practice! :D

Everything has a price. ;)

If you're using water colors, I'll submit a 2013 and 2014 Pastel Mojave Hypo. I think the bright colors and Hypo was will work real well with water colors.

I finished my first one last night, very fun to do (very bad pic of it below, the page is white lol I just couldn't get the right light to show the colours but I'll scan these soon!) & now I have a great selection to do a some more :-D always open to more pics too!
Keep in mind these aren't supposed to be realistic or copies, still practicing & I think everyone sees the world a little differently & that's why there's so many different styles of art out there :-)

Can't edit posts after 10 minutes no matter which version you have (as a regular member, of coruse). :)

I like the pattern on Pieds, so medium to low white are what catches my eye. Here is my female Pied het Hypo (I'm working towards Hypo Pieds and Pastel Hypo Pieds).

Hey hey hey! I got another idea -forum: oh no hognose, not another one- but wait! Do a hyper melanistic blue tongue skink! Hoo boy, that's a mouthful. I think its a good idea cause skinks in the first place have very artistic, triangular heads that taper into a long, flat body to a fatty tail. It would look amazin'. I know you're already backed up with requests, but ya know...

That pied is perfect thanks slowcountry! I love the patterns and the pose!! :-) I'm working on a couple now and I'll be painting that girl for sure!

Haha & you're right, Sir Hognose! Blue tongues would be a great thing to try too, I've always loved those guys! :-D

Hooblah is that an enchi yellowbelly? It has taken me a long time to warm up but I'm seeing more enchi YB combos that have me re-thinking the morph.

H00blah I painted yours but I wasn't happy with the outcome, i didn't feel it complimented the animal so I'm going to re-do! :)

thegamejr, i was inspired to go a bit more abstract on this one, i love those patterns and just had the urge to do your snake in flourescent green and purple! :D i incorporated my spider's head pattern and added a tongue :-P I might add something similar to my sleeve, but designed in pencil crayon so i have more control lol (sleeve is mostly green & purple) I've drawn up all of my tatts & have been wanting to work a fantasy ball python in there!

Thanks! Lessers are my favorite, they can make beautiful morphs :) I really like the black background with the mirror but I haven't had any luck getting good photos with that :/ I really like your art work!
