Summer Shopping. And buying....
So my mid-summer additions didn't stop too readily. There were some outstanding litters this year from a few highly respected breeders and sometime you just gotta bite the bullet. I am putting together a nice collection that I hope will speak QUALITY and COLOR over anything else. So here's some eye candy for those dog days of summer.......... Also, I went off on a Motley kick. I didn't own a single Motley until this summer. Now I have 4. :D
** A few of these I posted earlier in the summer so some of you may recognize certain ones. But it was easier to just post them again all together. Also, these animals have all been purchased over a series of 6-8 months and planned for much longer in advance. Many had already been paid for when the litter first dropped and/or I had been waiting for particular litters and saving for a baby. I do NOT advocate that someone randomly add this many animals to their collection in one summer. Again, loads of planning and preparation has gone into the acquisition of every animal you see here. This is my hobby, but my passion as well.
Cuervo - 2013 male OT Hypo Motley het Albino from Brittan Rybolt. I did a trade with Brittany and I must say that I am extremely pleased. Not only was the trade very smooth, but this guy blew my socks off with his color and size. I was not expecting it to that extent and hats off to Brittany for sending me such an awesome boy.

Penny - 2014 female Flamingo line OT Hypo Motley pos het lipstick and coral line Albino from Walt Finnegan. This was a pairing of Walt's infamous Flamingo line Motley het Lipstick Albino male to an outstanding OT Hypo het Coral Albino girl. This litter produced some of the most saturated color I have ever seen anywhere.

Killian - 2014 male Flamingo line Motley het lipstick and coral Albino from also from Walt. From the same infamous male to a visual Coral Albino lady. This little one has one of the most even motley patterns I've seen. He looks just like his daddy.

Saffron - 2014 OT Hypo Motley het Leopard female from Chris Gilbert. Yes, I now have the makings of an Eclipse - Hypo Eclipse at that. I glimpsed this girl's pic on Chris's website the day he posted the litter. Chris is amazing to work with and if you are in the market for leopard stuff, look no further. He's a great guy and is producing some of the best leopard stuff in the country right now. I hope my leopard stock will one day rival his. Considering that most of my own leopards and hets have come from Chris, they should. lol...

Zephyr - 2014 male super Hypo Panamanian. Produced by Crystal ****neite, this litter was just amazing in color and pattern.

Whisper - 2014 super Hypo Panamanian BCI. I was so impressed with her brother, I had to go back and get his sister.

Merlin - 2014 male European Pastel "normal" from Diem Marie, Celestial Exotics. The pairing that created this special boy will never be repeated. And Diem is off the grid for the time being. I was extremely fortunate to acquire this fellow and I have some nice plans for him. He does have some attitude, lol.

And these next two will arrive in a couple of weeks. Sisters, both were purchased from Buddy Young and are from his Peters Type B Colombian x PC pastel Hypo pairing. They are both so saturated in color, I need sunglasses.
Ember, female PC Hypo 50% Peters Type B

Cinder, female PC "normal" 50% Peters Type B

Hope you all enjoyed looking! Peace!

No. Not weird at all. I get goose bumps every time I open my racks. :)
And thanks very much!

Very nice selections, as always! Your lovely animals need to mature...fast... so that you can start breeding and I can buy babies from you. :D

Really nice Kali! Love the B types and the dark motley. Are you still expecting some BCC? The collection is colorful and diverse. The Panama boas are really interesting too!

Why yes as a matter of fact I am Gio! ;)
I have a Guyanese and a Surinamese (both females) reserved with Star Shaffer and a Sao Paulo BCA reserved with Vin Russo. And that is IT for me this year. And maybe next year too.
*** By the way, for anyone interested, you can view updated pictures of my entire collection, including adults, by clicking the IHerp logo in my signature below. :gj:

Thank you everyone!!
@ artgecko - I am pairing a possible super hypo possible jungle to an EVB RG Hypo Jungle male this season. If all goes as planned, I will have a litter in the spring with some outstandingly colorful babies. ;)

Yep,
She's really going to be a "go to girl" here. Advice, premium BCI's and soon to have BCC's and some quality, upcoming litters.
I'm not a fan of just anybody breeding snakes (just my opinion) but when you wait and do things right, I'm all for it.
Anything from Kali will come with great advice and you'll be getting a special snake.
Win, win if you are waiting on a boa in the next year or so.

That is very kind of you Gio!! Thank you!! ;)
-
Penny  Killian could be a long lost baby brother to my own motley girl!

Lovely babies as always
-
Thank you very much Angelica! And you're right - those two could be siblings! ;)
I love seeing that strong lateral striping in top-quality motleys!
