Commuting with snake

I am going to the serpentarium down the road to have my snake sexed. Based upon the results I will be buying a new addition. What is the best way of commuting with my cherished snake(s).

You realize its a snake. You are nit communicating with it. You can talk to it but people will think you are crazy... good luck.

Just put him in a snake bag, or a rubbermaid/sterilite locking tub. There's not much to it.

Would a damp pillow case work? tied at the top of course.

It doesnt have to be damp?


When i brought mine to my parents work shop (brand new baby i hatched out few months back) I put him in a Old swiss chalet container i kept with a bit of coco husk in the bottom.


Heck you could put them in a sock.

-Dry pillow case
-Dry pillow case in a shoe box
-Snake bag
-Small sterilite locking tub with holes(as Sho mentioned)

Empty suitcase
hat box
duffle bag
steamer trunk
back pack
Coleman cooler
magic top hat
the leg cut from a pair of pants and tied at both ends...

I didn't mention in my last reply the results of the sexing. My snake is a female :) using the pillow was also very effective :)
