Firefly X Calico Clutch Hatching... help ID
Four egg clutch from Firefly X Calico. First hatchling is out. I believe it is a Fire Calico, but wanted some more opinions. Fire or Fire Calico?

The next two hatchlings are still in the egg and I can't make my mind up about... I know they are still in the egg and I will know much more after they hatch and shed, just wanted to see if anyone has an idea of what these guys are from pictures still in the egg. Did I hit the Firefly Calico?

The fourth I didn't post a picture of, but looks identical to the first one that is out of the egg.

This is my first time hatching Calico anything, any opinions?

First one definitely looks like a fire calico. I don't think the other 2 are calico fireflys. Keep us posted as they come out. Will be easier to tell what they are. The fire calico looks right nice!

first egg looks like a pastel, second egg is firely-ish. the one out of the egg could be a fire... i do not know how to id calico on balls this young...i could be seeing some "white" on all of them, or i could be wrong.

I agree that the one in the first picture looks like a fire calico. I think it will be easier to tell with the others once they're out.

    Congrats on the clutch!

First of all, let me say I am not familiar enough with these combos to really know. Mostly just guessing (but it's such a fun game...)

I am inclined to think you didn't hit the triple. Most of the pics of the triple on WOBP are pretty noticably different than any of the 2-gene combos possible here, and none of these babies have that look.

    After that, I'm less sure.

I think I agree the baby in the first post is fire calico. I also think baby #3 is fire calico.

Pretty sure baby #1 & #2 have pastel... and aren't just pastel. I can see what I think are white calico markings on #2, so I'll call that one pastel calico. #1 I'm not sure sure. Wish I could find more pre-shed pics. I suspect it'll become much more clear once they've shed.

Now someone who really knows what they are talking about will come along and give you real answers.

Let them shed a couple of times and post up pics. It will be much easier to tell. Beautiful clutch!

I dont know if you're eventually trying to hit the super pastel firefly calico but that morph IMO is the most beautiful one. Nice snakes

Unless I misread, this pairing only has the possibility of one pastel gene, so no super pastel anything. Nice goal to shoot for, though.

    Post shed pics
OK here are post shed pics of all but one.... The three that have shed all look to be females and the one that has not shed yet is a male.

    here they are...

    Fire or Fire Calico #1

The male that has not shed I believe is a Pastel Calico as well. What do you all think?

    Thanks in advance,

Where are all the experts who can look at these snakes for about half a second and tell you for sure...lol.

Kinda guessing again... but I think the shed really helped a lot with that pastel. It really looks pastel calico to me. It is also the one I was less sure of last time, so I would strongly suspect the other one is pastel calico as well. Please post pics of it when it sheds cuz I think it is gonna be nice!

The fire ones are harder. The one you numbered #2 here (which I think was the first one out) really looks nice with all that flames and blushing, and also shows some very pale parts in its lower side pattern and all that combined makes me fairly confident it is fire calico. The other one (numbered #2 here) didn't color up in the direction of calico as much as I thought it might with the shed, so I'm on the fence on that one.

I'm thinking 2 fire calicos and 1 pastel calico. #1 may be a low white fire calico. She has the funky calico pattern and an orange flame/ringer. Very nice!
