Just found my spider has RI. He's in quarantine now. Given antibiotics. In another room away from my other snakes.

What should I do with my other snakes to make sure they don't get it.

    Bit worried cheers peeps

QT is the first step. Otherwise, if you have to do any feeding, checking water, enclosure cleaning, etc. do everything for the healthy snakes first, then work with the sick one, and then take a shower. You can also bump up the temps for the healthy group a few degrees to help boost their immune systems and hopefully prevent them from catching anything.

Relax, as he said bump up temps/humidty, You can do multiple home remedies, if you look online. from Vapor baths with just steam to

This could help fight it off, BUT again, nothing is 100% just QT him, if youd like do this. and take it step at a time.

QT, antibiotics, bump up temps and humidity, if you're going to have the snake out anyway to administer the shot go ahead and completely clean and disinfect the enclosure at the same time, and otherwise leave him alone to keep him as stress-free as possible.

He is in a seperate room away from other snakes. Temps are up. Getting a five day dose of antibiotics. Just don't wanna lose him and infect the others. 😪

You wont loose him to a RI if taken proper care, and done a culture by a herp vet, unless it is severe in which case, you did not pay attention, Please dont give snake medicine for this without having a culture done as it can do nothing, but stress the snake out.
