Yep, looks like your bp is shedding. Bump up the humidity to about 70 and you should have a perfect shed. Also, a good way to tell if you bp is going to shed, is to look for the pink/rose belly.

Here's a good thread regarding this topic: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showthread.php?t=28794

Also expect it to be either cranky or lethargic until he does, and be prepared that he will clear up BEFORE he sheds. Don't panic if his eyes are clear but you dont' see the shed skin.

Can the humidity be too high during this time? I'm spraying the tank down often and the humidity is in the high 80's

That's alright as long as it falls down a bit. It should be around 70s-80s.

I have also found that my BP likes to hide for a about a 1-1.5 weeks before she gets to that place where her eyes turn. Otherwise she is out often to say hello.

His eyes were blue Saturday and clearing now. I would guess he will shed by Wednesday.

can i feed her during this time? she is due to eat today.

I wouldn't, probably, feed in the clear stage of a shed. The old skin that hasn't come off yet isn't as stretchy and can act as a constriction around the snake. Wait for her to shed and then give her a meal - or wait for the next feeding time after.

Full disclosure I HAVE fed then, but after learning about the risk associated I wouldn't again.

You can try to feed her, but they can be picky when they're shedding.

I'm not sure where you got this information, but there's no risk of construction to the snake when feeding them during shed.
