Mark!

Little bit worried peeps.
This mark has literally turned up today!?!?

It looks like little blood dots on the scales. There's no scales missing. No mites. She's feeding well?? I'm a bit worried. I really look after my bps I'd never want them to suffer or be harmed?!?

Any help appreciated

Yes it does look like a heater burn. How do you have him set up?

I hope you're not using a heat rock or anything like that. I use a heat tape for all of my snakes and I keep them around 91 degrees (hot spot).

I agree with all of the above. So how do you have him setup?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes was a burn. Took her to my friend who is an exotic vet. Treated her. And now she is fine. The burn has completely gone. Will get a pic. Thanks again guys

Tramadol is a pain reliever which would be good on a burn, was this in an ointment that you spread on the burn?

Has the setup since been fixed as to keep this from happening again?

P.S. The first thing that went through my mind when I saw this thread was MarkS as a user and I thought this was a thread directed towards him. lol
