hey mods

i know you guys basicly run things around here,do you guys actually have JOBS here that you get paid for ? if so, what are the requirements, how long have you guys been members ?

Mods are helping to do jobs around the "house" so to speak, and are asked to join by admin. Without our wonderful mods, it would be rough round here, lots and lots of work and not enough ppl to cover for the neccessitues. But I am sure we will keep you in mind for a mod position when one come available. Mods do not get paid. It is on a volunteer basis.

ohh thats cool, i was always curios about how things worked here (like behind the scenes) yall do a great job !! :)

thanks rex also! mods are nominated by other staff, usually admins, then we run it by mods. the criteria is not hard and fast, it is who we see stands out for whatever reason.

Most of us are on most of the day, I seem to be the night person, mods are on and off. Dont worry Rex, we watch everyone for standing out members.

lol led. im always on. whenever im awake or at home anyways. i constantly check this site out. what exactly do mods do? do they just watch over the forums for things that shouldnt be there? i would like to be one, but i wouldnt like to have to do like, programming stuff, cause im no good at it. i think it would be really cool to be one, especially since im always here. you guys are doing a great job and i learned everything i know from this site and im still learning from this site. keep up the good work!

yeah right after school i am on here right away too,you never know when there is goin to be a really cool post or somthin,you dont wanna miss it.My family gets sick of hearin me talk about snakes all day long so this is perfect for me !
