Update on Pandora! Lipstick Sunglow BCI

I hate that I can never get great photos of her, but here are some cleaning day photos of Pandora, our 3 year old female lipstick sunglow BCI produced by Tim Koppenhoffer at Special K Reptiles. She is a little over 6 feet long now and thicker than my arm!

The hard part is, finding pure lipstick line animals! It is a Kahl albino that was line bred for that high contrast and vivid red. So if you breed a lipstick to a normal Kahl, you can't say you have a pure lipstick.

Very nice.. The more I see of these lipstick sunglows the more I want one... I guess I should start saving now. :P

She wasn't that expensive! I believe she was $600 shipped as a yearling female. Granted, that was a few years ago, but I would imagine prices were in the same range.

Hmm.. you're right, that isn't too bad. I haven't seen many for sale lately (and no lipstick line ones) and the ones I have seen have been pretty pricey. Maybe there just aren't that many for sale right now. I'll have to check the prices when I go to the Atlanta show.
