My Boy (Adult Male Tiger Retic)

Hey everyone! Just thought if show off my boy. He's 25lbs and about 9' and ~2years old.

Just for a size reference, I'm 6' 190lbs.

Lol I hope he meant the snake too haha! Even tho their number twos can be pretty darn impressive! They duke bigger than the heaviest Gravid female ball when they get full size lol.

But ya retics are quickly become my favorite species as well. I have Balls, Borneo Bloods, BCI's, Anacondas and even a Dominican Red Mountain Boa and they are still taking the cake lol.

Herr ya go. Little update. This boy is measuring in at over 15ft now believe it or not! Very happy with his exceptional growth. He's destined to be a very big boy.

Beautiful tiger boy, my female tiger is an awesome snake and growing like a freaking weed. She was just over 10 foot when I got her and underweight now she's pushing 12 foot and heavy probably about 30+ pounds.

Bites? Ya I get bit every once an awhile. Only 2 memorable bites tho really. One from this boy at about 12ft, and one from my 14ft lavender tiger female. Both caused a lot of blood but not much else. This boy did cause some permanent nerve damage but nothing to write home about. Both healed with virtually no scarring. But I also don't pull away either, and I don't let breeding males roll on me.

If you're ready I'd recommend a retic for everyone's collection as long as you can deal with them lol. Lots of snake, lots of poop, and lots of pee haha.

We have 55 of them to shovel up after lol

Males during breeding season, if they bite as an aggressive breeding competition response, they will "roll" when they bite to inflict as much damage as possible. Think Indian rug burn roll, not alligator death roll roll

Gorgeous boy! It's always nice to see such lean, muscular retics. So many are rather chubby or even obese. :/

And dang, 55 retics?! What's the feeding bill like on all those giants?
