I usually just go once a month and try to catch them when the haven't just fed. That seems to give me a pretty good read on their progress.

Depends on how much im watching them ... baby's u can see them getting bigger so I don't really weight them like that ... its when there around 600/650 then it gets harder to see the progression ... once there big I throw em on the scale 2 times a month but only log once a month in my records .. ..

Monthly for the records... but anytime when I'm curious.

I weigh when I feed. For snakes on a 7 day schedule it's every 7 days. For the small ones on a 4 or 5 day schedule, it's 4 or 5 days.

Ya, I'm pretty inconsistent. I kinda just weigh when I think they've gained weight (but then again, I only have 2 snakes)...

I think it is completely up to you how often you'd like to weigh. It's just a part of keeping track, like you would your own health.
Although - I dunno about you guys - but I don't get all excited when I've gained a bunch of weight. ;)

Males I don't worry about it unless they're fasting and I want to make sure they're not losing too much. Females every 4-6 weeks unless they're being paired, usually right after they've taken a big dump.

in my view i guess i feel more safer knowing the weights of our bp`s. iam very anal, i have 3 note pads for each of our bp`s, with the morph, sex, feeding schedule, sheding cycle and weights, also bowl moments.

I usually weigh anytime I am cleaning an enclosure, which is twice a week or so. I only record it after b/m's.

I do it weekly, but I only have 3. If I had a lot of them I'd probably do it biweekly.

I weigh mine once a week. I keep track of weight, feedings, sheds, or any other important information in an Excel spreadsheet. I have a cell configured that even calculates the percentage of weight gain or loss from the previous week. It's good to be able to see the gradual growth from day one.

Maybe monthly. For me it's more of a curiosity thing at present time. I can see the girls getting bigger (except for the stubborn clown) so I don't really feel the need to weigh them.

Nothing wrong with weighing snakes often. Just don't do it right after feeding and when the snake is in shed. Although it's a good practice, i don't feel it's necessary either, unless you are monitoring a health issue.
I used to weigh my reptiles on a regular basis but stopped eventually, having realized it's not necessary and does nothing for healthy snakes.
I only check the weight of those going on extended fast, those i intend to breed, and those i suspect of having other health issues. The healthy ones, i just don't bother because monitoring their weight won't make them grow any better. Do it if you want, but it's also ok if you don't.

My snakes are few by the way, so i know who is eating or fasting, who copulated with what, who pooped when, and other important stuff. Once i get to the point when i have so much that i don't remember, then i'd probably have to keep tidy records again....
