    My new rack
Haven't seen too many pictures up of this type of rack, though I screwed up when ordering and got the iris cb70 from animal plastics so working out tubs from WalMart that don't want to fit right (really tight)

Yes its working now nice rack tubs look really tight tho. You going to drill holes in the side for air flow?

I had holes in it already. Is it susposed to be that tough to pull out might be troublesome for feeding. I prolly need the iris cb70 tub huh?

You can also get vision v70 tubs from vision products or lllreptile. They're the same size but sturdier and better made for racks.

Never had a rack but it looks like in your pic you pull the rack over if you try to take it out with one hand. Looking at BHB racks they slide open really smooth tho.

Seems to work. You can always figure out a way to put a rod/wood up and down the rack to keep the tubs from sliding out the back. Also, one in front if they are loose enough for the snake to push open. It's hard to tell how tight/loose the tubs are by the picture.

Maybe you can sand the top and bottom of the tub slightly and itll loosen them up as a temporary fix until you get the right tubs. As long as youre careful not to sand through the whole tub you might be able to grt the space you need

    Expensive hobby
    Re: My new rack
That's an animal plastics economy rack right? Actually very popular rack. If you ordered it to fit AP tubs then the Iris tubs, AP tubs, and tubs from ReptileTubs.com should all work. The standard iris tubs might need the feet cut off but should still work.

I built my rack for Sterilite 41qt tubs and they fit snug but they have steps in the rim that allow airflow. As long as you open it often it shouldn't be a problem but you said they already have air holes so it should work in a pinch until you order the right tubs.

    Hope this helps :)
