Actually, after looking a bit closer I tend to agree with Nikki. Savannah Ball, aka Cinnamon Mojave.

What was the pairing? Or what was she bought as?

Bought as a black magic. But I just don't see it, I see cinnamon mystic most I think. She is dark on top and fades to gray towards the belly. Has a silver simmer I guess you could say over all. And look at the side pattern they are circles they don't follow down to the belly like a mojave

Yeah looking more at pictures today it sure isn't a savannah ball... looks nothing like it in person. I'll try to take some high quality pictures myself. The ones posted were provided to me from the seller

I'm starting to wonder if its a 3 gene animal... it doesn't look like pictures of anything. There isn't much brown at all on this snake. I know it looks like it in the pictures I posted, but everything has a grayish/ silver shade to it. Also what makes a black magic? Biggest issue is I can't compare what I paid price wise what I paid to whatnita worth morph or gene wise.

This is a Savannah Ball (Cinnamon Mojave). Picture courtesy of World of Ball Pythons.

From the pictures, she looks very much like this. Have you gotten her yet? Would it be possible to take more pictures of her?

I still say savannah(Mojave cinnamon). The differences you see can be natural variation, but it looks like the same genes and mutation to me.

And no to being 3 genes. I really just see cinny and Mojave. A black magic is a black pastel Mojave. But it looks like a cinnamon was used instead of a black pastel.

so i agree, its cinnamon mojave or black pastel mojave. which of the two is hard to tell. less likely but also possible would be something with phantom or mystic.

but judging by the looks of it, and when purchased as a black pastel mojave, thats probarbly what it is.

Yes I'll post pictures when I get home from work. I bought it as a black magic like stated. But going off world of ball python. The closest picture resembles a black pastel mystic. The guy was not a breeder. How much does a black magic sell for female. And how much for a black pastel mystic?

mystic (or phantom) tend to be more expensive than mojave, because you can make these nice mystic potions / purple passions with it. so if you really got mystic (or phantom) instead of mojave, that would be a bonus. at least i would consider it a bonus.

I will say this no matter what it is I got a bonus lol.... the guy I bought it from has retics burms and annacondas he got the ball as part of a trade and took it to sell it from my understanding.

the pictures are nice, its just that they confirm what people are already thinking.

i stick to cinnamon mojave or black pastel mojave and i think what the seller told you is correct.

Well then black pastel Mojave aka black magic it is... though I'm not sure what a snake like that (female) should sell for? Anyone know? I still personally think it looks like the mystic cin. What do they sell for also is that cheaper?

If you're going to sell her then advertise her as what she was when you bought her.

If you're going to keep her, pair her with something like a super pastel so you can figure out what she is based on the offspring.

    exactly that.

do not make stuff up. when you purchased it as a black magic, and decide to re-label it into cinnamon mystic, while it is in fact a black magic, but cinnamon mystic is more valuable, there is a word for that: fraud.

find out what it is by getting solid information from the person that produced it, or by proving it out, or leave the label alone. the optics, the pictures, the way it looks, do not justify any re-labeling here.

I have no intent on selling it... and thats what I was aiming to do. Prove it out. Just was not sure how to do so or what to breeds it with to figure that out. What are my options? Also me trying to figure out what it is worth is for my own interest. Because i paid about what a female pastel sells for.. the guy has no clue about balls. Or didn't seam to.
