Stunning. Sterlings are one of my absolute favorites, and you can never go wrong with pieds.

Thanks everyone! The breeding was a pewter possible het pied X a Pastel het pied and leopard male. I got very lucky:)

nice, really nice :) i would prefer lower white in this one, but still, lots of nice genes.

but whats the yellow thing behing the BP in the upper left?

just a little of the umbilical cord. She was right out of the egg.

very cool, never seen one before.

I have to disagree. I love high white pieds, especially when they only have the head pattern.

Thanks Brandon! The mother of this clutch came from you! I bought her in 2011 as a 66% het, and she proved out!

That's great! Het Pied markers are pretty telling in these combos. Good to see more being proven! Congrats again!

Again the Sterling here backs up my theory of my Vanishing gene being something new and not part of the Pied gene. That is a beautiful Sterling too!

Time will tell. We bred one of our Vanishing males to a normal female to begin the breakdown process.

Thanks Brandon! They are all so beautiful! I will make sure you see all the babies that I produce from your line! I have another pewter female from you. I just started to pair her with my pied male. I hope you are able to figure out the vanishing gene. It is awesome!

man those are sweet looking we are still working producing albino pied and a spider pied. I using a spider possible het pied to my proven het pet pied. and we paired out albino to the pied female I produced 2 years ago.

Good luck with your project! I'm still working on the albino pieds! Maybe next season.
